Can you explain the pricing?
The monthly pricing plan is $297 per month. If you decide to do the annual plan you will be billed only $2,970. We bill for 10 months on the annual plan giving you 2 free months.
Is there a trial period?
No, we do not offer a free trial. We begin with a 3 month contract paid upfront. This also allows us to do data analytics to see how best to engage you customers. As you experience all the system has to offer you will most likely come up with some enhancements that you want to implement that are specific to your needs.
How long does it take to get setup?
It will take 3-4 days to get the system setup. Before we start you will receive an onboarding document that list what information we need to speed up the setup time. The more complete this document is the faster we can get you up and running. You will need a phone number so that we can send out the text messages. You can choose a number from a pool of available numbers within your area code. This phone number has to be registered (A2P 10dlc) to send text from a business to a consumer. Unfortunately we don't control how long that process takes. It can be from 2 hrs. to 2 weeks.
If I have an existing customer list can I upload that into the system?
Yes. If you have an existing customer list we can use that to upload into our system and run your initial campaign to engage customers.
Are there any other charges beside the monthly price?
Yes there is a setup fee of $150. This takes care of all the steps needed to onboard you and also handles the registration of the phone number used for texting. Your fees for texting and emailing are billed in addition to the annual fee. The monthly fee for these will vary based on how many texts or emails you send. So it's hard to say how much it will be but for most customers it's under $40 a month.
Can we create custom automations outside of the ones that come with initial implementation?
Yes, as part of your monthly fee we can work with you to customize any automations you want to implement. Also as we design more automations we will push these out to our customers for free.
How is support handled?
If you have enhancement requests or issues with the system you can call, email or text the us.
What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?
On the monthly plan you just need to give us 14 days before your next payment. So if your payment date is the 1st of every month then we need to be alerted 14 days before this date. We will cancel your subscription once all outstanding bills have been paid. This is usually the charges for texts and emails. Once everything is settled we will download your customer list and send you a spreadsheet with all the data.
Can I change the email and text messages that are sent to my customers?
Yes. Every email and text sent out of our system is customized by you. This can be changed anytime you want.
Do you offer training?
Yes we have videos that cover the system basics. These include creating the cards, scanning them and also sending out notifications. We can also show you how to create you own text and email templates if you want to do it yourself.
Will you be available if we have any questions as we start to use your software?
Yes we will be available. During the initial 3 months we will be checking in weekly to make sure everything is working. Once we make it past the 3rd month we will check in with you monthly to make sure everything is working as expected. At any time if you have issues just call us so that we can resolve them for you. You do not need to wait for the weekly calls.
