The next crucial step involves crafting the back-of-card information, adding your company name, . explaining how to earn stamps .. and creating messages sent to members when rewards are earned. Finally, establish your referral system, outlining how customers can earn additional rewards by spreading the word about your business.

Easy Card Installation

It is a simple process to download your card onto your customers phone. They can scan a QR code at your business, click on a text message link or respond to a DM from your social media account.

How a Coupon Works

Create a coupon that you display on your social media pages. The customer can scan you QR code and signup for the coupon card. When they scan the card they will be taken to your signup page. It will take a few seconds for the card to display on their phone. Once they see the coupon code all they need to do is click add and it will be loaded onto their phone. This way they will always have it and won't lose it. You can set an expiration period for the card when you initially create it within the system. Once the card is loaded they can click on the 3 dots in the top corner of the card to see more information about your program. The coupon card is good for one use. Once they scan it at your business they can never installed it again.

When the customer comes into your store, you will scan their card using your preferred method or your staff can just type in the last 4 digits of their phone number. They just select the coupon card so that it can be redeemed. If you want to track how much your rewards members spend then just add in the amount spent and click the redeem button. They will then see the coupon card convert to your rewards card automatically. The coupon card will be removed from their phone. and you will not see it as an option on the scanner.
